1. Quality Assurance
Every item from SVM Organic Farms undergoes rigorous quality checks. However, nature is unpredictable, and we are committed to making it right if things don't go as planned.
2. Perishables & Fresh Produce
Due to the nature of fresh agricultural products, we do not accept returns on fresh fruits or vegetables once delivered.
- Damages: If your produce arrives damaged, please share a photo/video within 24 hours of delivery.
- Action: We will provide a 100% refund or a replacement in your next order.
3. Grains, Honey & Oils
For non-perishable items like cold-pressed oils, pure honey, and heirloom grains:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unopened, and sealed condition.
- Reverse shipping will be handled by our partners for genuine quality issues.
4. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved by our farm quality team:
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched (usually within 12 hours of placing). Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled as they may contain fresh harvests specifically prepared for you.
